This Privacy Policy describes how SmartBuyers AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a endREF ("endREF," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit endref.com, register for the Agent Toolkit, subscribe to our communications, or use our training and resources (together, the "Services").
Information you provide to us
We collect the information you submit through the Services, including:
Toolkit registration: your name, email address, brokerage, years of experience, and your answers to short survey questions, including whether fraud has touched one of your transactions or clients.
Newsletter signup: your email address and your consent to receive fraud alerts and updates.
Communications: information you include when you email or contact us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers collect standard usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can limit cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings; the site may not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
How we use information
To provide the Services, including access to the Agent Toolkit.
To send you the information you request and, with your consent, our newsletter and fraud alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To measure and report on the program in aggregate, such as attendance, registrations, and survey trends.

To comply with law and protect our rights.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with sponsors or advertisers in identifiable form. We share information only as follows:
Service providers who process it on our behalf, such as our website host (Framer), our email platform (Google), and, when paid services launch, our payment processor (Stripe). These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
Sponsors, in aggregate and de-identified form only, such as total attendance, registration counts, and survey trends. Sponsor reporting never includes your name, email, or individual responses.
Legal requirements, such as responding to lawful process, or protecting the rights, safety, or property of endREF or others.
Business transfers, if endREF is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
Payments
When paid subscriptions launch, payments will be processed by Stripe. endREF does not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above: while your Toolkit access or subscription is active, while you remain subscribed to our communications, and as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You may request deletion at any time as described below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing rich@endref.com. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights; we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.
Children
The Services are directed to real estate professionals and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party sites
The site links to third-party websites, including YouTube and IC3.gov. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and, for material changes, we will provide notice by email or on the site.
