Disclaimers
Effective date: September 1, 2026
endREF is an educational initiative of SmartBuyers AI, Inc. d/b/a endREF, a Delaware corporation. Please read these disclaimers carefully. By using this site or any endREF training, materials, or resources, you acknowledge and accept them.
Educational content only. Not legal advice.
Everything on this site, and everything in endREF presentations, courses, and materials, is provided for general educational purposes. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as legal advice.
endREF's founder is a former practicing attorney, previously licensed in Florida, Pennsylvania, and District of Columbia. Nothing on this site, in any course, or in any communication with endREF creates an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice about a transaction, a fraud event, or your obligations as a licensee, consult your own attorney.
No guarantee of results.
Fraud prevention training reduces risk. It does not eliminate it. endREF does not warrant or guarantee that any training, certification, checklist, script, or resource will prevent, detect, or recover from any fraud. Criminals adapt their methods, and no education program can anticipate every attack.
Laws differ from state to state.
Real estate practice, licensing requirements, disclosure obligations, and fraud-related laws vary by state and change over time. Content on this site may not reflect the current rules of your state. Confirm the requirements that apply to you with your state licensing authority, your broker, or your attorney.
What endREF certification means, and what it does not.
The endREF designation reflects that an agent has completed endREF fraud prevention training and maintains the designation in good standing. It is not an endorsement, vetting, or guarantee of any agent's conduct, competence, or honesty, and it is not a guarantee that any transaction will be free of fraud. Consumers should apply their own judgment in selecting an agent.
Continuing education status.
Where this site describes continuing education credit, no CE credit is available until the course is approved by the applicable state licensing authority. Course status is identified as pending where approval has not yet been granted.
Sponsors fund education. They do not control it.
endREF is funded in part by sponsors. Sponsors do not create, review, edit, or approve endREF content, and they are not responsible for it. endREF retains full editorial control over all training and materials. Sponsorship is disclosed so that you can weigh it; it does not buy influence over what endREF teaches.
Third-party data and sources.
Statistics and case information on this site are drawn from third-party sources, including the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and CertifID. endREF reports these figures as published by their sources and does not independently verify or warrant them.
Testimonials.
Testimonials on this site reflect the genuine opinions of the individuals quoted and are used with their permission. No one was compensated for a testimonial. Where a quoted individual is affiliated with a company that is or may become an endREF sponsor, that affiliation is stated alongside the quote.
Links to other sites.
This site links to third-party websites and resources. endREF does not control them and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
If you experience fraud.
If you believe you are the target or victim of a fraud, act immediately: contact your bank, contact law enforcement, file a report with the FBI at ic3.gov, and consult your own attorney. Do not wait for guidance from endREF. Speed matters more than anything else in fund recovery.
